| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. The following provisions are repealed: | ||
| (1) Sections 11.041, 11.61(e), 61.11, and 61.71(f), | ||
| Alcoholic Beverage Code; and | ||
| (2) Section 411.204(d), Government Code. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. | ||
