A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to warning signs applicable to the carrying of weapons on
the premises of certain holders of alcoholic beverage licenses and
permits and to grounds for cancellation of those licenses and
permits.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The following provisions are repealed:
(1) Sections 11.041, 11.61(e), 61.11, and 61.71(f),
Alcoholic Beverage Code; and
(2) Section 411.204(d), Government Code.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019.
