BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 62.0111(c), Government Code, is amended | ||
to read as follows: | ||
(c) The county officer responsible for summoning jurors | ||
shall ensure that [ |

prospective juror collected under Subsection (b) is kept | ||
confidential and is not disclosed to anyone other than the court, | ||
court staff, and attorneys and parties to the case on which the | ||
prospective juror would serve [ |
