A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the discontinuation of management and efficiency
reviews by the Parks and Wildlife Department.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Subchapter K, Chapter 11, Parks and Wildlife
Code, is repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
