| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 504.512(b), Transportation Code, is | ||
| repealed. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect January 1, 2016. | ||
