AN ACT
  relating to the expiration of a county burn ban.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Section 352.081(e), Local Government Code, is
  amended to read as follows:
         (e)  An order adopted under this section expires, as
  applicable, on the date:
               (1)  a determination is made under Subsection (b) that
  drought conditions no longer exist; or
               (2)  a determination is made by the commissioners
  court, or the county judge or fire marshal if designated for that
  purpose by the commissioners court, that the circumstances
  identified under Subsection (c)(2) no longer exist.
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
  a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
  provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution.  If this
  Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
  Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
