No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends the Business & Commerce to provide prohibitions in connection with event ticket sales or resales on an Internet website. The bill authorizes the Office of the Attorney General to investigate violations and file suits for injunctive relief.

According to the Office of Court Administration and the Office of the Attorney General, any additional work resulting from the provisions of the bill.

According to the Comptroller's Office, the revenue implications of the bill cannot be estimated.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
