Based on the analysis of the Public Utility Commission of Texas, Department of Public Safety, Railroad Commission, Texas Division of Emergency Management and Texas A&M University System Administration, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
