No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would prohibit adoption or enforcement of certain local regulations regarding accessory dwelling units, and would allow persons to submit complaints of suspected violations to the attorney general. 

Local Government Impact

The bill could have costs to units of local government to the extent that they currently assess fees or fines related to regulations the bill would prohibit.
