Amend CSSJR 4 (senate committee printing) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 2 of the resolution, in Subsection (b) of the temporary provision (page 1, line 43), strike "2027" and substitute "2028".

(2)  In SECTION 2 of the resolution, in Subsection (c) of the temporary provision (page 1, line 44), strike "2028" and substitute "2029".

(3)  In SECTION 3 of the resolution, in the proposed ballot language (page 1, lines 49 through 50), strike "allowable in the economic stabilization fund" and substitute "that may be saved in the economic stabilization fund with the goal of providing greater financial security for this state".
