Amend CSSB 693 (senate committee report) in SECTION 6 of the bill, in added Section 406.023(d)(2), Government Code (page 2, lines 35 and 36), by striking "for a reasonable price" and substituting "and allow the secretary of state to charge a reasonable price for each course".
