Amend CSSB 2 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 16, line 12, strike "and".

(2)  On page 16, line 16, between "fund" and the underlined period, insert the following:

(5)  comply with the minimum standards adopted by the agency for bullying prevention under Section 37.0832
