Amend SB 1621 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  Strike page 8, line 26, through page 9, line 2, and substitute the following:

material that:

(A)  contains 50 or more visual depictions of a child engaging in sexual conduct as described by Subsection (a-1)(1); or

(B)  visually depicts

(2)  On page 10, strike lines 16-18 and substitute the following:

section that at the time of the offense the actor was a judicial or law enforcement officer discharging the officer's official duties.
