Amend HB 610 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 9, between "district" and "to", insert "or a board of managers appointed under Chapter 39A".

(2)  On page 1, line 14, between "trustees" and "may", insert "or board of managers, as applicable,".

(3)  On page 1, line 17, between "trustees" and "that", insert "or board of managers, as applicable,".

(4)  On page 2, line 3, between "district" and "to", insert "or board of managers appointed under Chapter 39A, Education Code".

(5)  On page 2, line 6, between "district" and "to", insert "or board of managers appointed under Chapter 39A, Education Code".
