Amend CSHB 565 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 20, strike "cost of (insert estimate determined under Section 314.001(b), Government Code)." and substitute "(insert "cost of" or "savings of", as applicable, and the estimate determined under Section 314.001(b), Government Code) to the state over (insert number of years determined under Section 314.001(b), Government Code).".

(2)  On page 2, line 3, strike "cost of (insert estimate determined under Section 314.001(b), Government Code)." and substitute "(insert "cost of" or "savings of", as applicable, and the estimate determined under Section 314.001(b), Government Code) to the state.".
