Amend HB 521 (senate committee report) as follows:

In the recital to SECTION 2 of the bill, amending Section 64.009(j), Election Code as follows:

(j)  An offense under this section is punishable by:

(1)  a fine of not less than $550 or more than $800; and

(2)  10 hours of community service.
