Amend HB 4595 in SECTION 24.002(20) of the bill, in redesignated and amended Subsection (r), Section 46.15, Penal Code, by striking "Sections 46.02, 46.03, and 46.035(b) and (c)" and substituting "Sections 46.02 and [,] 46.03[, and 46.035(b) and (c)]".
