Amend CSHB 39 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1)  Strike SECTION 3 of the bill (page 1, lines 46 through 56).

(2)  In SECTION 16 of the bill (page 5, line 6), strike "Sections 85.025, 85.026, and 86.0011" and substitute "Sections 85.026 and 86.0011".

(3)  Renumber SECTIONS of the bill appropriately.
