Amend HB 2986 (house committee report) on page 1 as follows:

(1)  On line 8, between "may" and "lift", insert "temporarily".

(2)  On line 8, between "stay" and "on", insert "for a specific and limited time".

(3)  On line 9, between "necessary" and "for", insert "only".
