Amend CSHB 21 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 8, line 14, strike "60" and insert "50".

(2)  On page 8, line 27, strike "60" and insert "50".

(3)  On page 18, line 16, strike "annual rent reduction at" and substitute "total amount of annual rent reduction applicable to".

(4)  On page 18, line 18, strike "60" and insert "50".
