Amend HB 2002 (house committee printing) on page 2 as follows:

(1)  On line 10, strike "operating in five or more counties" and substitute "headquartered".

(2)  On line 11, between "state" and the underlined period, insert the following:

that:

(1)  has the capacity to receive and store truckload quantities of perishable agricultural products; and

(2)  distributes the agricultural products free of charge to local food programs
