Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 by Creighton (89R32754) to CSHB 2 on page 22, lines 20-21, as follows:

(1)  On page 22, line 20 strike "and"

(2)  On page 22, line 21 between "utilities" and the underlined period, insert the following:
