Bill Title: As enacted, requires governor to consult with interested dental groups including, but not limited to, the Tennessee Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Hygienists Association and the Tennessee Dental Assistants' Association prior to making appointments to the board of dentistry. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Section 63-5-103.
