Bill Title: As introduced, expands aggravated rape of a child to include the rape of a victim who is under 10 years of age and requires punishment of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole; requires death penalty for murder that occurs during the rape or attempted rape of a child. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 2; Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 5 and Title 40, Chapter 35.
