Bill Title: As introduced, requires administrative office of the courts to develop form for use by person who was arrested for criminal offense but charge was disposed of in manner making the records of such charge subject to expungement; person whose charge was dismissed entitled to form as evidence of favorable disposition of charge. - Amends TCA Title 40.
