Bill Title: As enacted, requires petitions in juvenile court cases to list the legal parents and any persons alleged to be the biological father of the child; requires a copy of the summons in such cases be sent to the legal parents and any persons alleged to be the biological father of the child. - Amends TCA Section 37-1-121 and Section 37-1-120.
