Bill Title: As introduced, defines "medical professional" to include any registered nurse, nurse practitioner, or physician as long as at least 50 percent of that physician's patient population is treated at certain hospitals, and further clarifies that a medical professional employed by a nonprofit public benefit corporation operating certain hospitals is considered an employee of that entity. - Amends TCA Title 29, Chapter 20.
