Bill Title: As enacted, creates certain exemptions from restrictions on motor vehicle height and length for certain motor vehicles carrying rafts or rafting apparatus used by an operator for commercial whitewater rafting purposes; exemptions only apply during certain times of the year. - Amends TCA Title 55 and Title 65, Chapter 15.
