Bill Title: As introduced, permits a resident of a nursing home, or the resident's sponsor, to authorize the installation and use of an electronic monitoring device in the resident's room; requires the nursing home to approve a properly filed application; requires the consent of any roommate prior to installation and use of such device; establishes criminal penalties for discrimination and tampering violations. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 11.
