Bill Title: As introduced, provides that the procedure established in the general property forfeiture law also applies to property subject to forfeiture because of its use in an offense involving sexual exploitation of children and designates the department of safety as the applicable agency for these forfeitures. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 10 and Title 40, Chapter 33, Part 2.
