Bill Title: As introduced, provides that if a person is charged with driving on an expired license plate and the charge is dismissed, the public records of the charges are expunged automatically without the person petitioning; reduces driving on a license plate that is expired for less than 30 days from Class C misdemeanor to a warning. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 32 and Title 55.
