Bill Title: As enacted, permits a political subdivision to release the name or photograph of a minor victim of a criminal offense for the purpose of memorializing the victim in a memorial garden, if the custodial parent or legal guardian of the victim has consented to the release. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7.
