Bill Title: As enacted, specifies in provisions governing liability of landowner to persons using land that the immunity will not be removed in cases of conduct that results in a failure to guard or warn against a dangerous condition, use, structure or activity if the dangerous condition was created by a force of nature. - Amends TCA Title 70, Chapter 7.
