Bill Title: As enacted, requires the department of labor and workforce development to electronically submit a report to each member of the general assembly of the total number of final orders issued pursuant to the Tennessee Lawful Employment Act, and prohibited employment contract activity, by December 1 of each year. - Amends TCA Title 12, Chapter 3 and Title 50.
