Bill Title: As introduced, allows counties, cities, metropolitan governments, towns, utility districts and other municipal and public corporations of the state to contract with private insurance companies or agents for the purchase of an insurance product without competitive solicitations. - Amends TCA Title 12, Chapter 3, Part 12 and Title 29, Chapter 20, Part 4.
