Bill Title: As introduced, permits student who is eligible for in-state tuition as child of divorced parents, one of whom is domiciled in Tennessee, to be eligible for HOPE scholarships; provided, that such student meets all applicable academic and nonacademic requirements, other than residency, for the scholarship. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 9.
