Bill Title: As introduced, removes the present exception to offense of soliciting the sexual exploitation of a minor that the victim is at least 15 but less than 18 and the defendant is no more than 4 years older if the defendant disseminates any material sent to the defendant by the victim. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 5.
