Bill Title: As introduced, exempts veterinary facilities located in retail establishments that were issued premises permits prior to January 1, 2015, from requirement that such establishments have an entrance into the permitted premises that is directly on a public street or public parking area and separate from the entrance used by regular retail customers. - Amends TCA Title 63, Chapter 12.
