Bill Title: As introduced, provides that certain Class B felony offenders shall be ineligible for probation and must serve a prescribed minimum period of incarceration prior to receiving any type of supervised or unsupervised release into the community. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13; Title 39, Chapter 14 and Title 40.
