Bill Title: As enacted, requires the annual TBI report on crime to contain demographic data, including the percentage of suspects, victims, and convicted offenders based on race, gender, age, nationality, and any other appropriate demographic, as determined by the director of TBI. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40.
