Bill Title: As introduced, increases the age of a vehicle a dismantler, recycler, or scrap metal processor may purchase without obtaining a certificate of title from 12 years or older to 15 years or older; increases the age of a vehicle that may be disposed of to a demolisher without a certificate of title from over 10 years old to over 15 years old. - Amends TCA Title 55.
