Bill Title: As introduced, requires the commissioner of revenue maintain a database and annual report of all state taxes collected for each five-digit zip code and the amount of revenue from the collected taxes that are distributed to each zip code; mandates this report is presented to the finance, ways and means committees of the senate and house of representatives and fiscal review. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 1.
