Bill Title: As introduced, limits the length of a teacher's obligations under a written contract with the director of schools or board of education to the term of each school year; requires LEAs to compensate teachers in an amount equal to their daily rate of pay under the contract if the LEA requires the teacher to work between school terms. - Amends TCA Title 49.
