Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes The Avenue Diner and Scoreboard Restaurant in Nashville to sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption; prohibits such establishment from selling or giving away alcoholic beverages or beer only between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m.; authorizes certain manufacturers to have a direct or indirect interest in an establishment that is licensed for on premises consumption of alcoholic beverages. - Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 4.
