Bill Title: As introduced, requires legislative approval of TACIR's model anti-bullying policy prior to its adoption by certain employers, and clarifies that adoption of such policy does not create a private right of action against any employee in their personal capacity for negligent infliction of mental anguish. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 10; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8 and Title 50, Chapter 1, Part 5.
