Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits recovery in a medical malpractice case for negligent diagnosis or treatment that decreases a patient's chances of avoiding death or any other adverse medical condition when the death or other adverse medical condition would have occurred even if the defendant had not been negligent. - Amends TCA Title 29, Chapter 26.
