Bill Title: As enacted, establishes a two-year pilot project operated by the department of education to determine whether enhanced accessibility of AP courses and examinations and career and technical certification examinations encourages students to pursue completion of rigorous course work and successfully pass AP examinations and career and technical certification examinations; revises provisions regarding governing bodies of charter schools and other charter school provisions. - Amends TCA Title 49.
