Bill Title: As enacted, prohibits any political subdivision of the state from prohibiting within the jurisdictional boundaries of the political subdivision the use of a motor vehicle equipped with autonomous technology if the motor vehicle otherwise complies with all safety regulations of the political subdivision. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7 and Title 55.
