Bill Title: As enacted, extends the commission on children and youth, June 30, 2020; removes provision for the commission on children and youth to prepare and distribute impact statements analyzing the potential effect of proposals under consideration by the general assembly that relate to the health, well-being, and development of children and youth. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29, Part 2 and Title 37, Chapter 3, Part 1.
