Bill Title: As enacted, enacts "The BWC 5 Act," which requires recreational vehicles leased to consumers to have working carbon monoxide detectors; requires all lease agreements for RVs to state that the vehicle is equipped with a working detector; allows court costs and attorney's fees in civil suits for damages from failure to comply with this requirement. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 9.
