Bill Title: As enacted, creates a new farm wine permit; authorizes a farm producer to transport grapes or fruit grown on the farm to a licensed winery for the winery to manufacture, bottle and label the wine as being the product of the farm holding the farm wine permit; places certain requirements on the licensed winery. - Amends TCA Section 57-3-201 and Section 57-3-207.
